Book your place at the 2027 conference

The British Cattle Breeding Conference runs from 25 to 27 January 2027 at the Telford Hotel & Golf Resort. Book below and your place goes straight into your basket for payment. Every price shown includes VAT, and your delegate fee includes BCBC membership for 2026.

Delegate rates

Early bird rates apply to bookings made before 1 December 2026. From 1 December the standard rates below apply, and the booking form updates the price automatically.

Student and Young Farmer rates

Students and Young Farmers under 30 pay £60 for the Tuesday Beef Day and £60 for the Wednesday Dairy Day. The Monday Dinner and the Tuesday Club Dinner are charged at the same rates as everyone else, £42 and £55.

If you book at the student rate we will ask for your university or college, your course and lecturer, or your Young Farmers Club or Young Breeders Club and the name of your local co-ordinator.

The accommodation packages are not offered at the student rate. Please book a day rate and contact the Club Secretary if you need a room.

The Monday workshop

The Monday workshop on embryo transfer is free of charge if you are attending any other conference day. If the workshop is all you are attending, a charge of £90 applies. Tick the workshop on the form if you would like to attend.

The Monday networking lunch before the workshop is included for everyone attending the workshop. Please tick the lunch on the form so we know to expect you.

Accommodation

Accommodation is included within the relevant delegate package at £135 per night including VAT. If you wish to share a twin room, please contact the BCBC Secretary to advise and the accommodation cost will be adjusted accordingly.

Where accommodation is included within your delegate package, it will be provided at the conference hotel, The Telford Hotel & Golf Resort. Rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If the conference hotel is fully booked when you make your booking, the BCBC Secretary will contact you to discuss alternative accommodation options and your conference charges will be adjusted accordingly.

If you wish to stay at the hotel on the Sunday night or the Wednesday night, please contact the BCBC Secretary. Special rates are available for these additional nights, which are payable directly to the hotel.

Cancellations

You will be liable for the accommodation cost unless at least 14 days’ notice of cancellation is provided.

A 10% administration fee is charged on refunds for cancellations of accommodation and/or delegate fees made from 7 days after booking up to and including Monday 11 January 2027. Cancellations received after Monday 11 January 2027 are not eligible for a refund.
